Navigator Mobile now includes Age Verification and PIN Code Entry functionality on the delivery confirmation screen.

You will now see two additional fields on the delivery confirmation screen:

  • D.O.B (Date of Birth)

  • PIN

These will only function when age verification or pin code verification are required for the job. If not required, the fields will appear greyed out and will not need to be completed.

When Are These Fields Required?

  • D.O.B: Required when delivering age-restricted goods (e.g. alcohol, tobacco,).

  • PIN: Required when a customer or client mandates a secure delivery code (usually on high value items).

The app will automatically determine when these fields need to be completed based on the job data.


How to Use the Fields

Entering D.O.B

  • Tap on the D.O.B field.

  • A calendar will pop up. Select the recipient’s date of birth.

  • This information may need to be verified by checking official ID (passport, driver’s licence, etc.).

Entering a PIN

  • Ask the recipient for the PIN code they were given.

  • Enter it in the PIN field exactly as provided.

  • If the wrong code is entered, the app will not allow you to complete the delivery.

Greyed-Out Fields

If the D.O.B or PIN fields are not required for your current job:

  • They will appear greyed out.

  • You do not need to complete them.

  • You can proceed with the delivery as normal.
