Overnight Parcel Collection Guide

The Navigator
Driver App can be used to complete overnight jobs booked in from Navigator. The jobs can be acknowledged by a driver and collected. They then can be checked out when arriving at the depot.

Reject a Job Guide
The following guide details how to use
the reject function on the driver app.
The Navigator Driver
App provides drivers with a 'Reject' Function. This can be used when a driver is unable to acknowledge a job. Rejected jobs will return to driver allocation to be assigned to another driver.

Document Scanning Guide
The following guide details how to use
the document scanning function on the driver app.
The Navigator Driver
App allows drivers to take photos of documents at the collection and delivery phases of a job. The documents that are uploaded will be saved in the job on navigator and can be viewed anytime.

Unsuccessful Delivery Guide

App allows drivers to set the delivery status as undelivered this will show as the status on navigator so that the job can be reassigned.
