Steps to Log In Using a QR Code
This video details how to use the depot scanner QR codes to login as a Navigator user as well as a driver.
Navigator User
Login to the Navigator blue screens.
Scan the QR code using the depot scanner
Driver
Login to your driver app
Open the Tools Menu
Scan the QR code using the depot scanner
Troubleshooting
- Ensure Proper Lighting: Make sure the area is well-lit so the scanner can easily read the QR code.
- Clean the Lens: If the scanner is having trouble reading the QR code, check and clean the camera lens.
