Find Fleet management under
Control panel > System > Fleet
The Fleet Management screen provides an interface to manage and monitor your vehicle fleet efficiently. Below is a guide on its key features and functionalities:
Adding a Vehicle
- To add a new vehicle to the fleet, click the New Fleet Vehicle button on the top right of the screen.
- When a vehicle is added while creating a new driver, the vehicle will automatically be assigned to the driver.

Assigning Company Vehicles
- If the vehicle is intended for general company use, it can be designated as part of the "Company Fleet."
- Enter the Owner Callsign as "Company Fleet" to mark it as a shared vehicle within the organization.
Search Functionality
- Use the Search Vehicle bar at the top to find vehicles by their registration number.
Vehicle Status Details
- The table displays key details for each vehicle:
- Name (Registration Number): Vehicle registration number.
- Owner Callsign: Indicates the assigned driver or "Company Fleet."
- DVLA Data: Displays the validity of the data retrieved from the DVLA.
- MOT Status: Indicates whether the MOT is valid, not valid, or no details are held.
- Taxed Status: Displays whether the vehicle is taxed or untaxed.
- Name (Registration Number): Vehicle registration number.
Editing or Deactivating Vehicles
- Use the Edit button (pen icon) to modify vehicle details.
- To deactivate a vehicle, click the Lock icon. Deactivated vehicles will not appear in the active list unless "Include Inactive" is toggled on.
Filtering Vehicles
- Toggle the Include Inactive switch to display vehicles that are no longer active in the fleet.
Notes:
- Color Indicators:
- Red indicates invalid or untaxed status.
- Yellow highlights specific warnings such as "No details held by DVLA."
- Green indicates valid and compliant status.
- Red indicates invalid or untaxed status.
- Always ensure compliance with MOT and taxation requirements for all vehicles.
