Should you wish your customer to create carrier labels directly online for an integrator such as DHL, APC etc.

Order Label Credits
You can order online agent label credits from the Accounts Department > Navigator Credits > Select online Agent Label Credits and enter the units you wish to order (minimum 1000)

Let us know
Once you have credits on your system, you can send an email to support@codacommerce.co.uk detailing the accounts you wish to enable this service for, or all accounts.

Configure your accounts
You can then configure on relevant accounts under edit details > online booking that the customer's exports / overnights are all routed via particular agents DHL / APC in the example below.



You will then need to configure the label printing on the user contact.
You can set the contact to PDF Download label or Thermal label printer (guide found here)


Once this is all configured the customer can book online as normal and after booking will be presented with a PDF / Thermal carrier label rather than a usual docket.
