RAS Remote Area Surcharge
You can use remote area database of DHL or UPS which is in held within the system to configure your agents charge and charge your customers.
Cost
To configure your cost you must within the agent select which OOA database to use.
In the out of area tab within the agent you can then configure a set surcharge or a per kg surcharge that the agent will charge you.
Sell
Within each country you can set the In / Out Area to carrier (to look at the the agents RAS database)
For your standard service you can configure you customer charge within the control panel > administration > services.
For additional products you can set that within the product in the control panel > retail tariffs > International Products. You can set the value for that product and the RAS database the product uses.
