Reviewing Performance
If your drivers are using the web-application or CNMobile to update their route progress you will be able to review the route performance.
The review page within a route will show you the complete times for each address compared to the PTA time, you will see if it was completed in our out of declared window and a rolling ETA time as the route progresses.
