This guide walks you through how to set up a new account and link it to an airport, airline, handler, and an account code used in Navigator.


Navigate to the Accounts Page

From the top navigation bar, click on "Accounts".

You’ll be taken to the Accounts section, where existing records are shown in a table.

Use the Filters

At the top of the screen, you can use the search filters to find existing records:

  • Airline – Filter by airline code (e.g., BA, LH).

  • Airport – Filter by airport code (e.g., ATL, LHR).

  • Created By / Handler – Filter by the handler initials.

Click Search to filter results.

Add or Edit Account Codes

Find a blank row (or use an existing one to edit).

Edit the following fields:

Account Code – Enter the account code that matches the one in Navigator system (e.g., TEST).

Notes

Each row represents a unique relationship between an airport, airline, and handler.

If you have connected the Account code correctly you will see a blue positive message displaying your account code.

The Account Code must exist in Navigator to integrate.

Should BRS not understand the Navigator account required to book the BDO on to, BRS will present this yellow message with the link to make the configuration.
