The Driver Management System allows your driver and you to receive alerts for important driver document expirations.

To ensure these alerts are sent to an operator, you can configure the 'Driver Management Email' in the system.

The provided email address will receive alerts system wide.

If the email field is left blank the expiry email will just be sent to the driver

Access the Administration Panel
- Navigate to the ‘Control Panel’ section.
- Click on ‘Administration’ to open the settings menu.

Set the Driver Management Email
- Within ‘Administration,’ locate the ‘Driver Management Email’ field.
- Enter the desired email address where alerts should be sent to.

Enable Email Alerts for Drivers
- In the same ‘Administration’ section, open the ‘Drivers’ tab.
- Select 'yes' on the items you want to receive notification emails emails.

Email Override by Office Email
- If an ‘Office’ has a designated Driver Management Email in the system, it will override the manually selected email.
