As the wholesaler, you can now configure your Navigator system to automatically return a carrier label booked via the Navigator to Navigator API straight to the retail courier. Follow the guide below to learn how to set up your API service codes.
Retail Courier
As the retail courier, you may be using a wholesale courier provider operating a Navigator system. We are pleased to now offer the ability for you to print the carrier labels via the wholesaler Navigator platform.
Using the new API Settings, the wholesale courier can create API Service Codes for each of the Carriers they supply. These service codes can then be advised to the Retail Courier who will need to set these against the Wholesale Tariffs in their Navigator platform.
With the API settings in place in both systems, a retail courier can verify a booking to the wholesale courier and automatically print the carrier label in real time.
