The Baggage Repatriation System (BRS) Portal provides users with access to real-time information about jobs in progress. This document serves as a guide for users to effectively use the portal to view ongoing jobs and track their progress.
Viewing Jobs in Progress
1. Upon logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard.
2. The Dashboard will display all of the processes within the job
3. Click on the designated tab to access the jobs in that stage.
Understanding Job Status
Each job listed will display relevant information such as item description, agent number, and passenger information
Job status may include:
- Printed: Indicates that total number of BDOs that have been printed.
- Waiting: Indicates baggage that is pending collection.
- Collected: Indicates BDOs that are awaiting verification.
- On-Route: Indicates BDOs that are on the way to a hub.
- Warehouse: Indicates BDOs that are currently at the warehouse.
- Exported: Indicates BDOs that have been booked into Navigator.
- Delivered: Indicates BDOs that have been delivered.
- Exceptions: Indicates BDOs that have had a delivery exception.
The BRS Portal provides users with a convenient platform to monitor and manage jobs in progress efficiently. Users can stay informed about ongoing tasks and track their progress effectively.
