In the accounts department, the Sage File Download screen allow you to export New Accounts and Credit Notes out of the system.
This can be run once a day and is stored in the system when this was done.
So the next time requested it will export accounts created and credit notes raised since the Sage File Download was last run.
The file is visible in the My Downloads screen of the user who ran the download file.
