In the accounts department the driver funds screen allows you to create a pot of funds that you can pay into from deductions from driver statements on a scheduled or adhoc basis.
Your fund can have a name, in the example below "Vehicle Excess"
The global cap is the amount where the pot will be full and deductions will stop being taken, you can set a bespoke cap on a driver level.
Once the fund is created you can setup the fund on a driver profile.
Select the fund, set the cap and the starting balance.
The driver remunerations will then sit in the fund until the cap is reached and you can view a log of payments into the fund from the driver profile.
