you can create an international framework in the system for alternative pricing that can be allocated to multiple accounts.
The tariffs should first be entered or uploaded in the Control Panel > Retail Tariffs > International Tariffs.
Creating Framework
1. Click on CONTROL PANEL
2. Click on Retail Tariffs
3. Click on INTERNATIONAL under the FRAMEWORKS heading
4. Enter name for your new framework
5. Set the tariff for each Country
6. Once all your tariffs are set click submit
Editing Framework
1. Click on CONTROL PANEL
2. Click on COUNTRY LIST
3. Click on the relevant framework tab
4. Make your changes to the tariffs
5. Click Submit to save
Adding framework to accounts
1. Click on VIEW ACCOUNTS
2. Select the account
3. Click on Edit Details
4. Click on Rates / Frameworks
5. Select Framework in the international Tariff Framework drop down
6. Click on save
