Overnight Frameworks
You can create an overnight framework in the system for alternative pricing that can be allocated to multiple accounts.
The tariffs should first be entered in Control Panel > Retail Tariffs > Domestic Overnight Tariffs.
1. Click on CONTROL PANEL.
2. Click on Retail Tariffs.
3. Click on OVERNIGHT under the framework section.
4. Click on Create Overnight Map.
5. Enter the framework name.
6. Select the main National tariff set for the Framework.
7. Click on Continue.
8. Select the tariff that applies for the region.
9. Click on Add Region.
10. Enter the post code areas, separate with a comma.
11. Add the next region.
12. Click on Add Region.
13. Enter the post code areas, separate with a comma.
14. Keep adding regions as required.
15. You can add additional supplements to certain post codes, Click Add New Supplement.
16. Enter the Supplement post code areas, separate with a comma.
17. Click on HOME.
18. Click on VIEW ACCOUNTS.
19. Search Account.
20. Click on Account.
21. Click on Edit Details.
22. Click on Rates / Frameworks.
23. Select the Overnight Framework That applies.
24. Click on Save Changes.
25. Click on OVERNIGHT JOB.
26. Enter the account.
27. Select the service.
28. You will see the Tariff appear in the center.
29. If you set a postcode that contains the postcode area set on the overnight framework regions.
30. The main tariff will change to the correct tariff.
31. If the Supplement applies the tariff will just show the total in the tariff line.
