Same day Frameworks
You can create an Same day Framework in the system for alternative pricing that can be allocated to multiple accounts.
1. Click on CONTROL PANEL.
2. Click on Retail Tariffs.
3. Click on SAMEDAY.
4. Create a new same day framework.
5. Click on Create Same day Framework.
6. Click on CONTROL PANEL.
7. Click on Retail Tariffs.
8. Click on RATECARDS.
9. Select a rate card to add into the framework.
10. Click on Add New Owner.
11. Click on Continue.
12. Select Sameday Framework under the level.
13. Select select the created framework that this applies to.
14. Set up the rest of the rate card as usual.
15. Click on Add Ownership.
16. If you go back to the same day frameworks and select the framework.
17. You will now see any rate cards attached to this frame work.
18. Click on Add Custom rate if required for any supplements you have set up in the system.
19. Ad the % rate.
20. Click on Save Rate.
21. Click on HOME.
22. Click on VIEW ACCOUNTS.
23. Search required accounts.
24. Select the account.
25. Click on Edit Details.
26. Click on Rates / Frameworks.
27. Change the same day frame work the the required one.
28. Click on Save Changes.
29. Same days will now pull the relevant rate cards set on the Frame works, if one doesn't exist it will default to the default rate card in the system.
