This guide will assist you in setting up carrier integrations, allowing you to seamlessly manage and coordinate your shipping operations. Follow the steps below to create a new carrier and configure its details.

Accessing Carrier Integration Setup

1. Login to Your Account:
   Ensure you are logged in to your account on the warehouse system.

2. Navigate to Carrier Integration Section:
   Open the shipping tab on the navigation bar and select 'manage carriers' this will open the appropriate menu displaying all of the carrier integrations setup in your system.

Creating a New Carrier

1. Click on the Plus Symbol
To create a new carrier, click on the plus symbol located in the top left corner of the menu.

2. Enter Carrier Details
   - Code: Use the carrier code provided by the carrier or your internal system.

   - Name: Enter the carrier's name for easy identification.

   - Operating Hours: Set the carrier's operating hours if needed; this is optional.

   - Booking Service URL: Input the carrier's URL for booking services.

   - Interface: Select the appropriate interface based on the carrier's operation. Choose "Generic CSV Export" if you need to create a file that can be uploaded into a carrier.

   - Carrier Number: Set the carrier's number or leave it blank to allow the system to auto-generate a number.

   - Tracking URL: Set the tracking page URL for the carrier.

3. Save the Carrier
After providing the necessary details, save the new carrier. This will add it to your list of integrated carriers.

Managing Existing Carriers

1. View Existing Carriers
   - Access the list of existing carriers within the Carrier Integration menu.

2. Edit or Update Information
   - Click on the respective carrier to view its details.
   - Make any necessary edits or updates to the carrier's information.

3. Save Changes
   - Save the changes to update the information in the system.
