1. Click on CONTROL PANEL.

2. Click on AGENTS.

3. Click on International Tariffs for the Agent you adding to.

4. You can edit an existing tariff by selecting it and hitting edit.

5. To create a new tariff add the name and hit create new tariff.

6. If this is an integration you can select the service code required

7. Click on Upload File.

8. Select Choose file and select the file from your Computer.
Note: best to use xls ( excel 97-2003 workbook)

9. Click on Upload.

10. set the rows up to you need to see.

11. if you are uploading non-docs tick the box.

12. Click on the weigh column

13. Click on 22.61

14. Click on the Rate column you uploading.

15. Click on the non-docs column you require.

16. your selection is complete and you should have three highlighted columns.

17. Now you will need to select the start point in the Column where you want the data to import from

18. Now you will need to select the start point in the Column where you want the data to import up to.

19. once done select Import tariff.

20. your tariff will import to the screen.

21. If you need to add a final bracket you can insert this at the bottom of the imported tariff.
you always need to start from the last number, in this case 70.5 and use the value of the last weight cost, in this case 211.41.

22. once done click create bracket.

23. you can select what services this tariff will be allowed to be used for.

24. you can add a fuel surcharge if it applies to the country.

25. select and click add on each country this tariff applies to.

26. once done Click on Save Changes.

27. you can return to the Agent to add your next zone.
