In the Control Panel > Administration > Auto Online. You can configure filters that stop jobs being auto confirmed through the online booking screen.
Anything that does not pass the filters will be stopped on the online booking screen, and you will receive an email advising why this was stopped and you can then either take control of the job and confirm the booking or cancel the online booking request.
You can filter by things such as job type, a maximum weight, maximum value, maximum dimension etc.
