Control Rooms can filter your current control screens by filters such as;
- Vehicle Types
- Collection or Delivery Postcode Areas
- Filter include or exclude particular accounts
- A minimum or Maximum journey distance
- Filter driver vehicle types on the map
There are 2 types of Control Rooms;
- Inclusive the job can appear in this and multiple other control rooms
- Exclusive if the jobs appears in this control room will not fall in to any others even if appropriate filters are met.
When creating the control room you just start by naming and filtering the vehicle types.
Once created you will then have the option to include or exclude delivery post code area.
Filter to include or exclude particular accounts.
Add journey distance filters if required.
