From this screen in the control panel > retail tariffs , you can create a new or amend current overnight services.

Your existing services are displayed at the top of the screen and new services can be created at the bottom.

When creating a service you can provide;

A service name

A customer-friendly name for the service if required.

Select the delivery time of the service (12:00 for instance for an AM service)

Billing can be set as charge by shipment (weight-based billing) or  per piece charging ( piece based tariff)

Website defines whether the service is offered online to customers by default

Priority allows you to set a priority level for all work booked on this service

Retail charge options are either "On Tariff" which means you will need to create a tariff for this service in the control panel. Alternatively, you can select another service, meaning it will bill the same price (you can add a supplement further down if for instance your 12:00 service you can set retail charge "Next Day" with a supplement of £10

Use customer discounts applied to Retail charge service means if this service bills the same as the "next day" for instance if the customer has a discount for next day, will the same discount be applied to this service?

Set your days transit

Set a supplement on tariff if required, such as above example if you charge a supplement on top of another service

Quote Online Up to X kg allows you to configure a maximum weight the service will quote up to online.

You then set the relevant transit days and delivery days for the service, for instance, Saturday deliveries would have N for delivery every day except Saturday
