1. Click on CONTROL PANEL.

2. Click on Retail Tariffs.

3. Click on INTERNATIONAL TARIFFS.

4. You can edit an existing tariff by selecting it and clicking edit.

5. to create a new tariff Click on Create New Tariff.

6. Enter the desired Tariff Name.

7. Select Consignment Weight or by Piece.

8. Per Piece Minimum: if the piece value set is more than the weight value it will bill at the piece value set. Not required if you dont have a per piece minimum.

9. if required you can add an additional piece charge.

10. Click on Upload File.

11. Click choose file and select the file from the computer

Note best to have the file in xls format ( 97-2003 workbook).

12. Click on Upload.

13. Select the upto rows if the sheet is large.

14. Select the non-docs if required to upload.

15. Click the weight column.

16. Click on the tariff column.

17. Click on the non-docs column.

18. Select the starting point for the tariff.

19. Select the last bit of data to import for the tariff.

20. Click on Import Tariff.

21. your tariff will appear on the screen.

22. Add the last line if required.

you will always start the next bracket minimum off with the last weight value in the previous bracket.

23. Click on Save Changes, this is now in the system.
