You can add a new Client Contract by navigating to Accounts and Contract(stock Owners).



Adding a new contract When you have navigated to the contracts page you will be able to add a new contract by selecting the plus symbol on the top left of the page.

 

A new screen will open where you can set up the Client's Details, you can enter the code (if you have a Navigator system with the same account you can use the account reference from Navigator), and enter the contract name.

General

  • Active - you can make the contract active to inactive.
  • Parent Contract - you can set the parent account if your account is a child of another contract.
  • Operating hours - you can set the contracts operating hours (optional)
  • SLA hours - you can set service level agreement hour for the contract.
  • Despatch Report - This sets what will print in the print function on an order.
  • Carrier Service type- You can set a default service type for the contract
  • Start - You can set the contract start date ( this will help to Keep tariffs for the contract running at the same intervals).


Contract

  • Contact - Set the contact for the contract.
  • Email - Set the email for the contract.
  • Telephone - Set the phone number for the contract
  • Accounts email - Set the email that invoices will go to.
  • Invoice format - Set the format the invoice wil be sent as.


Financial

  • Normal Code - Set if the contract is taxable.
  • Pick Charge - You can set a minimum pick charge (it would be recommended to set pick charges as a tariff as you will have more configurable options).
  • Place charge- you can set a minimum Place charge (it would be recommended to set place charges as a tariff as you will have more configurable options).
  • Order charge - Set a minimum Order charge (it would be recommended to set Order charges as a tariff as you will have more configurable options).
  • EORI number - Set the EORI Number for EU Exports.
  • VAT Number - Set The Contracts Vat Number.
  • IOSS Number - You can Set a IOSS number if required
  • Invoice interval - Set when the contract applies costs.
  • Invoice terms - Set the Terms of payment.
  • Invoice Hold - set this on if the want invoices o stop been run.
  • Organisation - set an orginisation.
  • Cross Depot - set the contract to be availailble depots or not.
  • API Username, API Password and API Account - you will set this if you want order to transfer to Navigator.
  • Invoice last run, Invoice Next Due - these are for information only.
  • Default Goods Description - Set a general description so that the this can transfer into navigator.


you can set the address of the contract by selecting the address tab.


  • Once all the information has been added, and you have saved the contract will appear in the contract list.
