New Quick View Layout
Our updated user interface prominently displays job type, addresses, postcodes, and ETA/REQ times ensuring drivers can easily access information at a glance.
Additionally, jobs are color-coded for clarity, with collections marked in green and deliveries in yellow, providing clear and concise details to drivers.
Our new Mobile Tour Doc displays all of our our updated screens.
ETA & REQ Times
Our new UI displays ETA / REQ times prominently for drivers. ETA times focus on estimating the time of arrival at a specific location, while requested job times specify the desired time for task completion.
The App will prioritise displaying the ETA time on a job however if no ETA time is present the job will display its requested time.
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
ETA refers to the projected time at which a driver is expected to arrive at a specific destination, such as a pickup or delivery location.
It is calculated based on various factors, including distance and estimated travel time.
ETA provides drivers with an estimate window of when they are expected to reach their destination, allowing them to plan their routes and schedule their tasks accordingly.
REQ (Requested)
Requested job times denote the time frame within which a task, such as a pickup or delivery, is requested to be completed.
These times are typically set by operators when scheduling jobs and represent the desired time window for task completion.
Requested job times serve as guidelines for drivers to ensure timely completion of tasks within the specified time frames, aligning with customer expectations.
