The Driver Management Overview Screen is designed to provide an at-a-glance summary of all drivers and their associated details. This screen allows administrators to efficiently manage driver records, verify details, and keep track of key expiration dates for compliance.

Driver Information Display

Displays key details for all drivers, such as:

Code: A unique identifier for each driver.

Name: The driver’s full name.

Company: The company associated with the driver.

Email: Contact email address.

Mobile: Contact phone number.

Start Date/End Date: The period of association with the company.

Office: The office or branch to which the driver is assigned.

Type: Indicates whether the driver is Contracted or Sub-Contracted.

Expiration Dates: Key compliance dates, such as:
  • Insurance Expiry
  • Liability Expiry
  • Right to Work Expiry
  • MOT Expiry
  • Tax Expiry
  • License Expiry


Highlighting Expired or Upcoming Expiry Dates

Expired or soon-to-expire items are highlighted in red for easy identification.

Allows filtering drivers based on:
  • Office: Filter by specific office locations.
  • Verified Information: Filter by verification status.
  • Driver Type: Filter between Active Drivers and other categories.
Search Bar: Quickly locate a driver by entering keywords.
