PTA (Projected Time of Arrival
Original estimated time of delivery/collection, this is the time that will be advised to the client (with a window either side).
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
The amended/real-time estimated time of delivery/collection which is updated base on actual route progress.
Time Window (In or Out)
Number of minutes either side of the PTA time that will be advised to the client.
EnRoute Time
Time that the vehicle started heading towards the delivery/collection.
Arrived Time
Time that the vehicle reached the delivery/collection.
Done Time
Time that the delivery/collection was completed.
Commit
Confirming you are done editing your route
Advise
The point email ETA notifications would be emailed to customers
Allocate
Applying a particular driver to a route
Route Profile
Where you configure the routing method used and your ETA windows etc. (See Route Profile help doc)
Time Ratio
A ratio to apply to timings (e.g. 1.1 (110%) will increase the timings by 10%).
