Create the contact in navigator
Create the contact in navigator the same way you would for an online customer (use an email address you have access to, so you are able to set the password) once you have set the password you can move on to the WMS.
Setting the API details in the WMS
In accounts under contracts select the contract you need to be linked to Navigator.
At the bottom of the account details you will see API Details.
- API username - this will be the username you set up in navigator.
- API Password - the password that was set in navigator.
- API account - this will be the account reference in navigator .
Once this is don't the link is complete but you will need the shipping details set up see Shipping.
