Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to SUBBU
- Log in to SUBBU and locate the SKUs that have not been mapped in your inventory. The SKUs that need to be synchronised with the WMS will be highlighted in red.
2. Access the WMS
In the WMS, click on the "Account" tab.
3. Select SUBBU Integration
- In the accounts dropdown select SUBBU.
4. Open SUBBU Integration
- Access the correct SUBBU integration from the available options.
5. Choose SUBBU Sync
- Click on the "SUBBU Sync" option within the integration settings.
6. View/Manage Products
- Select "View/Manage Products" to see the list of SUBBU SKUs.
7. Syncing SKUs
- You can sync SKUs in various ways:
- Tick the SKU and choose "Sync selected."
- Use the sync button next to the selected SKU to sync only that specific one.
8. SKU Matching
- A pop-up will appear. If a matching SKU is already set up in the WMS, there's no need to select the checkbox. This will automatically match the SKUs in the WMS with SUBBU.
9. Sync Options
- Choose to sync:
- Individual SKUs
- All SKUs at once
- Create new SKUs in the WMS if they don't match with SUBBU
10. Sync Progress
- Monitor the progress as the sync process runs. Once completed, the SKUs being synced will turn green and be marked as mapped.
11. Create New SKUs
- If you chose to create new SKUs from the integration, they will be visible in your WMS list.
12. Managing Stock
- Bring in new stock or update existing stock in SUBBU. This ensures that the information is consistent across both platforms.
13. Confirmation
- Confirm the successful completion of the sync by reviewing the green-mapped SKUs in the WMS.
14. Update in SUBBU
- In SUBBU, verify that the stock has been successfully updated.

1. In SUBBU You will see the New SKUs have not been mapped, the Warehouse would need to sync this into the system.

2. In the WMS click Account.

3. Click SUBBU.

4. Open the correct SUBBU integration.

5. Select SUBBU Sync.

6. Then Select View/Manage Products

7. You will see the SUBBU SKUs here.

8. You can sync SKUs in different ways, Tick the SKU and select Sync selected.

9. You can hit the sync button to the right of the selected SKU to only sync this one.

10. You will get a pop up, if you already have a matching SKU set up in the WMS you don't need to select the check box. this will then match up the SKUs in the WMS and SUBBU.

11. The Sync all will go through and sync everything from SUBBU into the WMS.

12. You can select to create the SKU in the WMS this will create any SKU that doesn't match what is in SUBBU.
So if you already have the SKUs in the WMS you would need to make sure the SKU matches the one in SUBBU.

13. Once the sync is done you will see the SKUs you are syncing go green and be marked as mapped

14. if you chose to create the new SKU from the Integration you will see them in your List in the WMS.

15. You can bring in the New Stock, Or if you already had stock in for the SKU this will now update into SUBBU.

16. Click here.

17. Back in SUBBU.

18. You will see the Stock has been updated.
