WMS Same Day into Navigator
1. Go to your Navigator system
2. Click on CONTROL PANEL.
3. Click on SERVICE CODES.
4. Click on Create API Service.
6. Set the service code that will be used in the WMS.
7. Select Sameday from Service Type.
8. Click on Update Service Code.
9. Scroll down to the Service API that was created.
10. Click on Add Configuration.
11. Select -the vehicle type.
12. Click on Add Configuration.
15. Select shipping service types.
17. Add a code for the new WMS service.
18. Give the WMS service a name.
19. Select the Navigator carrier.
20. Click on SAVE and then CLOSE.
22. Click on Manage Carrier Services.
24. Make the Code the Service code you created in navigator (not the Description).
25. Select the WMS Carrier Service you created in the previous section.
26. Select the Navigator Carrier.
27. make sure all 3 sections are correct, Code Carrier Service type and Carrier.
29. when creating the order, make sure the correct Carrier Service is selected.
30. If you need to check service you can select Action-View/Edit order.
31. Click on document.
32. once this is despatched you can take the reference (this will be the Navigator consignment number).
33. Go to you Navigator system.
34. When you look at the job you will see this will be a same day.
35. Click on Edit Job.
36. the vehicle set up in the Service code API will be the one set on the job.
