You can create and add charges for tasks in the warehouse such as Restocking, Inventory checks and more.
Creating the Task Activities Title
Top right select the Activities tab, this will be where you create the main task activities that you have for warehouse staff
Select the Plus symbol in the top right to create the new Activity title and costs
General
- Contract - This can be set if the task is specific to a contract.
- Title - Name the Task for easy reference.
- Reference- you can set the reference or the system will generate one for you.
Financial
- Charge - You can set a set charge for the task that will charge once the task has been completed to the customer.
- Hour Rate - Set the task to a hour rate if you charge per hour.
- Nominal code - Set if the task is taxable.
- Operator - you can set this task to a specific operator on the system.
Create a new Task
Select the New Task Tab top right.
- Contract - Select the contract that the task will be billed to on completion.
- Task Activity - Set the Activity title for the task.
- Task Reference - Set a reference of leave for the system to auto generate.
- Default Charge - Select if you have a Set charge set in the Activity.
- Hourly Rate - Set for the Hourly rate charge that is set in the Activity Title
- Flat Charge - Create a standard flat charge if this is different to the Default charges.
- Notes - Add Notes if needed
The task will appear in the list at the bottom of the page, to start the task you can click on the X in the start field and when the task is done you click the X in Finished.
If the task has been sent to a android scanner in the warehouse the operator can start and complete tasks via the app under Tasks.
