1. Click on ORDERS.



2. Click on Consignments / Tracking.



3. A list of all consignmentsthat have submitted or failed to submit will come up.



4. You can use the Contract Filter to look at a specific Contract.



5. You can Filter by the Carrier.



6. You can filter by Country



7. You can filter by the despatch date



8. Filter by the Status.



9. Select the consignment you want to look at. White means not-Submitted, Grey means Submitted and despatched.



10. You can click on the submit to push this through to the carrier.



11. Click on DESPATCH to confirm



12. Click on OK.



13. You will get a consignment number if this books successfully into the carrier.



14. To un-submit an Consignment you will need to find the correct order.



15. Click on UN-SUBMIT.



16. If you have an un-submitted order consignment that needs editing, find it.



17. Click on EDIT.



18. Here you will be able to edit the address details, if you edit service and address details you will have to use the submit button to generate a new booking into the carrier with the updated details, the carier will need to cancel the old booking.



19. You can add the carrier number and save, this wont submit a booking into the carrier but will add the number to the order consignment and will still track with the tracking link if the number matches the one in the carrier.



20. Click on CLOSE.



21. Click on DESPATCH.



22. You will see the order is now updated.



23. if you have a label set up you can select print.



24. Select the label.



25. you can now print this label



26. You can click tracking to track to track the progress of the order. this will direct you to the carries tracking page if set up.
