What is Pick & Pack?
Pick & Pack refers to a process within warehouse management where orders are selected ("picked") from inventory shelves and then packed for shipping. It involves various functions such as editing orders, printing documents like labels, and changing order statuses.
Users can access tools within the Pick & Pack menu to streamline these tasks, including searching for specific orders, filtering search results, and navigating through order pages. Additionally, the process allows for actions like creating picks, consignments, and modifying order details such as addresses and carrier information.
Once items are picked, they can be dispatched for shipping, and additional charges or packing fees can be applied if necessary. This guide will detail the tools and functions in the pick and pack menu.
