Catalogue
The Catalogue can be accessed by navigating to Inventory > Catalogue.
This page allows you to browse all of the products (SKUs) held within your account and view current stock availability across the warehouse.
Each product is displayed with an image (where available), product description, and stock information.

Product Information
Each SKU displays the following information:
Product Image
A thumbnail image of the product to help with identification.
Product Name
The description of the item.
SKU / Part Number
The unique stock code used to identify the product.
Depot
The warehouse or depot where the stock is stored.
Pick Quantity
The quantity of stock currently available in pick locations.
Pick locations are the primary locations used for order fulfilment.
Bulk Quantity
The quantity of stock held in bulk storage locations.
Bulk stock is used to replenish pick locations as required but if the pick location is empty it will assign stock from the Bulk location.
Expected Quantity
Displays any stock that is due to be received into the warehouse but has not yet arrived.
Search
The Search panel on the right-hand side allows you to quickly locate products.
You can search using one or more of the following fields:
- SKU / Part Number
- Product Name
- Article
- Barcode
After entering your search criteria, click Search to display the matching products.
Articles
The Articles panel provides quick access to groups of related products.
Selecting an Article will filter the Catalogue to display only the SKUs assigned to that Article.
Categories
The Categories panel allows you to browse products by category.
Selecting a Category filters the Catalogue to show only the products within that category.
This provides a quick way to find products without using the search function.
Stock Availability
Stock levels shown within the Catalogue are live and automatically updated by the Warehouse Management System.
If a product displays No stock levels, there is currently no available stock held within the warehouse.
Tip
If you're unable to find a product, try searching by SKU, Barcode, or select the relevant Article or Category to narrow the results. This is often quicker than browsing through multiple pages of products. if you are still unable to find the SKU then contact your Warehouse Admin as the SKU is set to Inactive so it wont be available.
