Placing an Order Using the Basket

If you already know the SKU numbers you require, you can create an order directly using the Basket page without browsing the Catalogue.

This method is ideal for quickly entering multiple products.

Opening the Basket

Click the Basket (Shopping Trolley) icon located in the top navigation bar.

The Basket page allows you to manually build an order by entering product details.


Adding Products

  1. Click add line.
  2. Select the Depot the stock should be supplied from.
  3. Enter the SKU of the product.
  4. Enter the required Quantity.
  5. If required, complete any additional fields:
    • Barcode
    • Lot Number
    • Expiry Date
    • Serial Number
    • Unit Type

Repeat these steps for each product you wish to order.


Updating Your Basket

After adding all required products, click Update Basket.

Your basket will refresh and display all selected products ready for submission.


Submitting Your Order

Once your basket has been reviewed and all products have been added:

  1. Confirm the product details and quantities are correct.
  2. Submit the basket to place your order.

The warehouse will then begin processing your order.Tip: Using the Basket page is the fastest way to place an order when you already know the SKU numbers, especially for larger orders containing multiple products.
