Serialised Items
The Serialised Items page can be accessed by navigating to Inventory > Serial Number.
This page allows you to search for individual serialised products held within the warehouse and add specific serial numbers to your basket for ordering.
The ordering process is similar to the Catalogue screen, but instead of selecting a quantity of stock, you are selecting individual serialised items.
Viewing Serialised Items
The main grid displays all available serialised products matching your search criteria.
For each item you can view:
- Depot / Location – The warehouse or location where the item is stored.
- Serial Number – The unique serial number assigned to the product.
- SKU – The product's stock code.
- Name – The product description.
- Article – The product group or brand.
- Lot Number – The batch or lot number, where applicable.
Searching for Serialised Items
The Search Serialised panel allows you to quickly locate individual items.
You can search using one or more of the following fields:
- SKU / Part Number
- Product Name
- Article
- Serial Number
- Lot Number
Click Search to display matching serialised items.
Adding Items to Your Basket
To add a serialised item to your order:
- Locate the required item using the search panel.
- Click the Basket icon next to the item.
The selected serialised item will be added to your basket.
Repeat this process until all required items have been selected.
Completing Your Order
Once you have finished selecting your serialised items, continue through the ordering process in the same way as placing an order from the Catalogue.
Review your basket, complete the Order Details page, and click Submit Order to send your order to the warehouse.
Tip: If you know the serial number of the item you require, searching by Serial Number is the quickest and most accurate way to locate it.
