Order History
The Order History page can be accessed by navigating to Orders > Order History.
This page displays all orders that have been placed through the WMS Portal or the warehouse, allowing you to review previous orders.
Each order card provides a summary of the order, including its current status and key information.

Order Progress Summary
Each order displays four key values that show its progress through the warehouse:
- Items – The total number of items included on the order.
- Reserved – The number of items that have been allocated from available stock.
- Picked – The number of items that have been picked by the warehouse team.
- Sent – The number of items that have been despatched.
These values update as the order progresses through the fulfilment process.
For a fully completed order, the Items, Reserved, Picked, and Sent values should all match. If the figures differ, it indicates the order is still being processed or has only been partially fulfilled.
For example:
- If Reserved matches Items, the required stock has been allocated.
- If Picked is lower than Reserved, the warehouse is still picking the order.
- If Sent is lower than Picked, the order has been picked but has not yet been despatched.
- Once Sent matches Items, the order has been fully despatched.
Viewing Order Details
Click View Details on any order to open the Delivery Note.
The order details window displays:
- Delivery note information
- Delivery address
- Order references
- Productname
- SKU code
- Quantities ordered
This allows you to review exactly what was ordered and how the order was processed.
Searching for Orders
The Search Orders panel allows you to quickly locate specific orders.
You can search using one or more of the following criteria:
- Order Number or Reference
- Consignee Name
- Postal Code
- Operator Name
- Date Range
Click Search to display matching orders.
Additional Options
Depending on the status of the order, additional options may be available:
Print Order
Select Print Order to generate a printable copy of the order or delivery note.
Return Items
If enabled for your account, select Return Items to begin the returns process for items from that order.
Order Statuses
Orders will progress through several statuses during processing.
Common statuses include:
- Reserved – Stock has been allocated to the order.
- Fulfilled – The order has been picked and packed waiting for despatch.
- Despatched – The order has been completed successfully and leaving the warehouse.
Tip: If you need more information about a specific order, select View Details to see the delivery information and a breakdown of all SKUs and quantities included in the order.
