Shipping History
The Shipping History page can be accessed by navigating to Orders > Shipping History.
This page displays all consignments that have been created for your orders, allowing you to review shipment information and monitor deliveries.
Each consignment card provides a summary of the shipment, including the service used and delivery details.

Consignment Summary
Each consignment displays the following information:
- Consignment Number – The unique reference assigned to the shipment.
- Order Number – The associated warehouse order reference.
- Delivery Reference – The delivery reference or consignee reference.
- Consignee – The recipient of the shipment.
- Carrier Service – The delivery service used (for example, Alpha UK – Economy).
- Requested for – The user who created the order.
This provides a quick overview of each shipment that has been despatched from the warehouse.
Viewing Consignment Details
Click View Details to open the despatch note.
The consignment details include:
- Delivery address
- Products included in the shipment
- SKU information
- Quantities despatched
This allows you to review exactly what was shipped for that consignment.
Tracking a Shipment
Where supported by the selected carrier, a Track link will be displayed.
Selecting Track will take you to the carrier's tracking page, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment using the latest tracking information.
Searching for Consignments
The Search Consignments panel allows you to quickly locate specific shipments.
You can search using one or more of the following criteria:
- Consignment Number
- Order Number
- Reference
- Consignee Name
- Delivery Postcode
Click Search to display matching consignments.
Additional Options
Print
Select Print to generate a printable copy of the consignment or delivery documentation.
Track
Where available, select Track to view the current delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
Tip: If you need to check whether an order has left the warehouse, the Shipping History page is the quickest place to look. Once a consignment has been created, you'll be able to view the shipment details and, where available, track its journey with the carrier.
