Reporting

The Reporting page can be accessed by navigating to Tools > Reporting.

This page provides access to reports that have been made available for your account by your warehouse administrator.

The reports available will vary depending on your contract and the permissions assigned to your contract.

Available Reports

Reports are displayed as individual tiles, each containing a description of the information available.

Examples of reports include:

• Batches
  
• Expiry Reports
  
• Pickable Stock Levels
  
• Location Levels
  
• Lot / Batch Levels
  
• Low Stock Levels
  

Your account may have additional reports depending on your warehouse configuration.

Viewing a Report

To view a report, click View this report (opens in a new tab).

The report will open in a separate browser tab, allowing you to review the latest warehouse data without leaving the WMS Portal.

Downloading a Report

Most reports can be downloaded in multiple formats to suit your requirements.

Available download options include:

• CSV
  
• XML
  
• Microsoft Excel
  

Simply select the required format to download a copy of the report.

Report Availability

The reports shown on this page are configured by your Warehouse Administrator.

If a report you require is not available, please contact your warehouse support team to discuss whether it can be added to your portal.
