To Set up a schedule report, navigate to the settings cog top right and down to manage.

Right-click on the report that is needed and select Schedule.

Select the conditions of the report and select OK.

Add the email targets for the schedule separate email addresses with the semicolon ( ; ) then hit OK.

once this has been done, you will get the detail window.
- Name - Create the name of the schdule report.
- Start - Set the start date of the report.
- Finish - If the report is not a continuous report set the finish date ( Optional).
- Operator - shows who set up the report.
- Last run- shows when the report was las run.
- Day- select the days of the week you need the report to run.
- Task and run - these are read only and shouldnt be changed.
- Target - these are the email addresses and you can add or remove as needed .
make the report active and hit save, this will generat a report and and forward it to the target email addresses.

You can see all created schedule reports in the settings- Scheduler.

here you can edit some details of the report such as email addresses, make inactive and cange days
