Tariffs can be increased or decreased in bulk, allowing you to adjust all rates under a certain tariff type. Follow our video or step by step guide on how to adjust your tariffs.
Bulk Adjustment Filters
Tariffs can be grouped together by:
- Contract
- Tariff Type
The Adjustment Ratio is the percentage your adjusting your tariff by, For example 1.1 would adjust your tariff by 10%
Step-By-Step Guide
1. Click on ACCOUNTS.
2. Click on Tariffs & Charging
3. Current rate .
4. Select adjust tariff at the bottom of the page.
5. If required select a contract or leave if this applies to all.
6. Select the specific tariff type if this applies only to that type or leave for all.
7. Enter adjustment rate to increase by (e.g. 1.1 = 10%).
8. Click on APPLY.
9. Click on YES.
10. You will see the tariff has adjusted by 10%.
11. If you have made an error, To reverse an adjustment divide 1 by the original adjustment and use that. in this case 1.1/1= 0.9090909, use this and apply to the tariff.
12. Your tariff will revert back to what it originally was.
