# In the WMS System
1. Click on INVENTORY

2. Click on Tasks (Work Orders)

3. Click on NEW TASK

4. Select contract

5. Click on Task Activity and select an activity

6. Set a reference

7. Select how to Charge
you can select if you want to add a custom hourly or flat charge
if you select default this will charge what was set when creating the Activity

8. Add the Operator Scanner

9. You can add a note

10. Click on CREATE THIS TASK

11. Click on OK

12. Task appears on the list and will be sent to the Users Scanner

13. On the Scanner App select task on the main screen

14. Click ' Start Task'

15. The times will start

16. wile you are completing the task you can Take photos and pause, once you click finish task this will update the cost and this will appear on the next invoice

# In the WMS System
17. The task is now marked as finished in the WMS system

18. Finish time, Minutes and charge is updated

19. If you open the Task you can see any photos that have been taken and stored

20. You can remove or add additional photos

21. This will now appear on the next invoice
