1. Click on Upload image.



2. Click on Upload.



3. Select the contract.



4. Enter a Note



5. Upload your File.



6. Click on  UPLOAD.



7. Click on YES.



8. The file will appear below.



9. Click on Uploads.



10. Click on New Import.



11. Select Goods Inwards…



12. Select the file you want to upload from the bottom.



13. Click on YES.



14. Map the columns.



15. Remove the first line with the Headings.



16. Click on PERFORM IMPORT.



17. Click on YES.



18. If you get an error you can correct it in the file.



19. Click on OK to close the error.



20. Click on the error line and correct this.



21. Now that it is correct click out the box to confirm.



22. Click on PERFORM IMPORT.



23. Click on YES



24. once the errors are corrected the file will upload.



25. Click on OK.



26. Click on INVENTORY.



27. Click on Manage Batches.



28. Right-Click on the batch and click on Verify as Received.



29. Click on YES if you want to make the stock pickable.
