Driver Pin
On the Map the drivers locations be displayed as a Purple Driver Pin with the driver number. The driver pin will represent where the driver is.
How to Use
The driver pin can be plotted on the map using the Plot Driver tool.
Home Address Pin
On the Map Your home address will be displayed as a yellow Location Pin with a H. The home address will represent where a journey begins.
How to Use
Click on the location on the map once and it will display a message asking if you want to 'Set new home address' Select Yes
Finish Address Pin
On the Map the Finnish address will be displayed as a yellow Location Pin with a F. The Finnish address will represent where a job will end.
How to Use
Select a Route and click 'Edit' then Click on the location on the map once and it will display a message asking if you want to 'Set new home address' Select Yes this will set where the journey will start and finish.
If you click on the Finish Location Pin it will display delivery window information these fields can be changed to set how long of a window the driver will be allowed to deliver the package, as well as drop time at the delivery location.
Delivery Pin
On the Map the Delivery addresses will be displayed as a Blue Location Pin with the corresponding number from the route order. For example pin 1 will be delivered 1st and pin 5 will be delivered 5th. The delivery pin will represent the location the driver will need to make a delivery.
How to Use
Delivery Pins will be placed on the map from the data that has been uploaded to the route. The order will be calculated by Routedog to find the optimised order for delivery.
If you click on a Delivery Pin it will open an edit tab with delivery window information, these fields can be changed to set how long of a window the driver will be allowed to deliver the package, as well as drop time at the delivery location.
If you need to move the delivery address you can select Edit Postcode and change the delivery address
To remove the delivery address from the route select Un-Route Address
